Abstract
Various aspects of the present disclosure relate to Intra-RAT mobility and Inter-RAT mobility. In one aspect, a first BS receives capability of a UE from the UE. The capability of the UE is related to at least one of Intra-RAT mobility or Inter-RAT mobility. The first BS transmits a first request message to a second BS or a CN node. The first request message may comprise at least the capability of the UE, measurement results of a target cell related to Intra-RAT mobility or Inter-RAT mobility and an ID of the target cell of the second BS. In turn, the first BS receives a first response message from the second BS or the CN node.
