Abstract

The present invention provides a hydraulic pressure control unit for a saddle-riding type vehicle, with which further compactness can be achieved compared to conventional hydraulic pressure control units in the prior art. A hydraulic control unit according to the present invention is mounted on a saddle-riding type vehicle, and is a component of a brake system capable of executing anti-lock brake control. The hydraulic control unit comprises: a base body in which an internal flow passage interconnecting a wheel cylinder and a master cylinder is formed; and a resin housing that accommodates a control board for controlling a hydraulic pressure adjustment valve to open or close the internal flow passage. The housing includes: a body section for accommodating the control board; and a plurality of arm parts extending from the body section toward the base body, each facing a side surface of the base body. Each of the arm parts is provided with a heat-staked section connected to the base body.
