Abstract

The subject of the invention is a resonance cavity, characterized in that it has the shape of a hollow cylinder made of a material with high electrical conductivity, with a height C and a base diameter A, from which two cylinders with base diameter A and height C have been cut out, arranged in such a way that the centers of the bases of all three cylinders are in one straight line, and the distance between the walls of the cutting cylinders is B, wherein the parameters A and B satisfy the relationship: (I) where f is the frequency of the nth cavity mode, and the value of parameter C is arbitrary (positive).
