Abstract
This invention makes it possible to measure the type and intensity of odor more accurately than before. This odor measurement device comprises: a flow passage having an introduction port and a lead-out port; one or more types of odor sensors disposed in the flow passage and detecting an odor substance included in a sample gas flowing in the flow passage; and a calculation unit for calculating odor information on the basis of a detection value from the odor sensor. The calculation unit calculates density information indicating the density of the odor substance from a detection value from the odor sensor, and calculates the odor information on the basis of the density information.
