Description

Cassette module capable of being combined with a cassette drive module and a guide device including the same

[0001] The present invention relates to a guide device for guiding at least one of a guide wire and a catheter used for a minimally invasive interventional procedure, and a cassette module included in the guide device and connectable to a cassette drive module.

[0002] A guide wire is used to guide a secondary sheath (e.g., a catheter) along the guide wire to a desired location within the body, e.g., a mammalian body, such as a human body. In one application, the guide wire is introduced into a body lumen, i.e., a blood vessel, through an incision through the patient's skin and the lumen wall, and the introduction or distal end of the guide wire is guided therefrom to a desired location within the lumen or a lumen branching therefrom. Alternatively, a catheter is guided along the guide wire and over the guide wire, i.e., the guide wire is guided into a body lumen or body cavity such that the distal end of the catheter is positioned at a desired location within the body. A catheter or series of catheters is then passed through the guide wire to position the distal end of the catheter at a desired location within the body.

[0003] One problem with the introduction system of guide wires and catheters is that it is difficult to guide the distal end of the guide wire and catheter to follow the tortuous lumen geometry and into a lumen that intersects the lumen the guide wire initially reaches or into a branch lumen where the distal end of the guide wire and catheter should be positioned.

[0004] To facilitate the orientation control of the distal end of a guide wire and catheter, a system for stably controlling the movement of the guide wire and catheter is proposed. For example, Patent Document 1 (US 2022-0313962 A1) discloses a system utilizing multiple catheters that are telescopically accommodated and extended according to their diameters.

[0005] In these systems, each catheter and guide wire is guided to a desired location in the body by one or more of the following movements: forward movement, backward movement, and rotational movement, each with a different cassette dedicated to the movement of a catheter or guide wire. These different cassettes are each driven by a corresponding cassette drive unit. However, when different cassettes are each mounted on a corresponding cassette drive unit, there is a problem that the cassettes take a long time to mount and may be mounted incorrectly.

[0038] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings.

[0039] Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a cassette module (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a plan view of a cassette module (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 is a plan view of a cassette module (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0040] In this embodiment, the length direction can be defined as the x direction, and the width direction can be defined as the y direction. The upper and lower surfaces of the components of the cassette module (10) can be defined as surfaces that are defined to extend in the x direction and the y direction. The upper and lower surfaces are opposite to each other in the z direction, which is perpendicular to the x direction and the y direction, respectively. Meanwhile, the directions indicated by the x, y, and z directions are relative concepts and can be converted into other directions.

[0041] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the cassette module (10) may include a drive cassette (200), a fixed cassette (300), and a cassette housing (110). The cassette module (10) is a module that can be mounted and coupled to a cassette drive module (20, see FIG. 5) to be described later, and may be coupled to the cassette drive module to form a guide device for guiding at least one of a guide wire and a catheter.

[0042] The drive cassette (200) can drive the catheter in the x direction by pinching the catheter extended in the longitudinal direction (x direction) and moving it in the x direction. The drive cassette (200) can rotate the catheter about an axis parallel to the longitudinal direction (about an axis extending in the x direction) while pinching the catheter. The catheter can be rotated about an axis parallel to the longitudinal direction or moved forward or backward along the longitudinal direction by the driving of the drive cassette (200). The fixed cassette (300) can be coupled to the proximal end of the catheter.

[0043] The drive cassette (200) and the fixed cassette (300) can be arranged within the cassette housing (110). The cassette housing (110) can extend in the longitudinal direction (x direction) to accommodate the drive cassette (200) and the fixed cassette (300).

[0044] The cassette housing (110) may include a first end (111) and a second end (112). The first end (111) may be one end of the cassette housing (110) facing forward in the x-direction, and the second end (112) may be the other end of the cassette housing (110) facing rearward in the x-direction. The first end (111) and the second end (112) may be opposite each other in the longitudinal direction of the cassette housing (110). Guide wires and catheters are extendable relative to the first end for insertion into a patient.

[0045] An opening (130) may be formed in the cassette housing (110). The rear surface of the drive cassette (200) and the rear surface of the fixed cassette (300) may be exposed to the outside through the opening (130) of the cassette housing (110). The drive cassette (200) and the fixed cassette (300) may be mounted and coupled to the corresponding drive unit of the cassette drive module (20) within the opening (130) by having their rear surfaces exposed by the opening (130).

[0046] Within the cassette housing (110), the drive cassette (200) and the fixed cassette (300) can be fixed in their longitudinal positions. At least one of the drive cassette (200) and the fixed cassette (300) can be coupled to the cassette housing (110). For example, the drive cassette (200) and the fixed cassette (300) can each be coupled to the cassette housing (110), or the fixed cassette (300) can be coupled to the drive cassette (200) coupled to the cassette housing (110), so that the positions of the drive cassette (200) and the fixed cassette (300) can be fixed within the cassette housing (110).

[0047] The cassette housing (110) may include coupling bars (120a, 120b) extending in the longitudinal direction (x direction). The coupling bars (120a, 120b) may be arranged to be spaced apart from each other in the width direction (y direction) of the cassette housing (110). The coupling bars (120a, 120b) may provide a portion where the drive cassette (200) and the fixed cassette (300) are coupled. Both sides of the cassette coupled to the cassette housing (110) among the drive cassette (200) and the fixed cassette (300) may be arranged to overlap the coupling bars (120a, 120b), and both sides of the cassette may be fixed to the coupling bars (120a, 120b) by a coupling means.

[0048] The cassette module (10) can provide a drive cassette (200) and a fixed cassette (300) fixed at pre-designed positions within the cassette housing (110). As a result, when the cassette module (10) is mounted on the cassette drive module (20), the drive cassette (200) and the fixed cassette (300) can be aligned at the designed, precise positions on the cassette drive module (20) and coupled with the cassette drive module (20). Accordingly, incorrect mounting and incorrect coupling of the drive cassette (200) and the fixed cassette (300) can be prevented.

[0049] In addition, since the drive cassette (200) and the fixed cassette (300) are provided as one cassette housing (110) as a cassette module (10), the drive cassette (200) and the fixed cassette (300) do not have to be individually mounted and coupled to the cassette drive module (20). That is, by mounting the cassette module (10) to the cassette drive module (20), the drive cassette (200) and the fixed cassette (300) can be coupled to the cassette drive module (20) at once, and as a result, the time required to mount the drive cassette (200) and the fixed cassette (300) can be shortened.

[0050] Each of the drive cassette (200) and the fixed cassette (300) may be provided in multiples. FIGS. 1 to 3 exemplarily illustrate embodiments of a drive cassette (200) including first and second drive cassettes (210, 220) and a fixed cassette (300) including first to third fixed cassettes (310, 320, 330).

[0051] In the longitudinal direction of the cassette housing (110), the first drive cassette (210) can be arranged in front of the second drive cassette (220). The first drive cassette (210) can be arranged closer to the first end (111) of the cassette housing (110) than the second drive cassette (220).

[0052] The first fixed cassette (310) can be arranged in front of the first drive cassette (210). The second fixed cassette (320) can be arranged between the rear of the first drive cassette (210) and the front of the second drive cassette (220). The third fixed cassette (330) can be arranged in the rear of the second drive cassette (220). From the first end (111) of the cassette housing (110), the first fixed cassette (310), the first drive cassette (210), the second fixed cassette (320), the second drive cassette (220), and the third fixed cassette (330) can be arranged in the order of the first fixed cassette (310), the first drive cassette (210), the second fixed cassette (320), the second drive cassette (220), and the third fixed cassette (330) in the longitudinal direction.

[0053] The positions of the first and second drive cassettes (210, 220) and the first to third fixed cassettes (310, 320, 330) in the longitudinal direction (x direction) within the cassette housing (110) can be fixed. At least one of the first fixed cassette (310) and the first drive cassette (210) can be coupled to the cassette housing (110). At least one of the second fixed cassette (320) and the second drive cassette (220) can be coupled to the cassette housing (110). The third fixed cassette (330) can be coupled to the cassette housing (110).

[0054] FIG. 4 is a plan view of a first drive cassette (210) and a first fixed cassette (310) according to one embodiment of the present invention. In one embodiment, the first drive cassette (210) can be coupled to a cassette housing (110), and the first fixed cassette (310) can be coupled to the first drive cassette (210). With reference to FIG. 4, a structure in which the first fixed cassette (310) is coupled to the first drive cassette (210) will be described.

[0055] Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, the first drive cassette (210) may include a base plate (211). The base plate (211) may be arranged to overlap the coupling bars (120a, 120b) of the cassette housing (110). By coupling the base plate (211) and the coupling bars (120a, 120b) to each other through coupling means at the overlapping portions, the first drive cassette (210) may be directly coupled to the cassette housing (110). The longitudinal position of the first drive cassette (210) within the cassette housing (110) may be fixed.

[0056] The first drive cassette (210) may include a slit (212), and the first fixed cassette (310) may include a guide portion (312). The slit (212) may be formed to extend along the longitudinal direction (x direction) of the base plate (211) of the first drive cassette (210). The guide portion (312) may be arranged to protrude in the z direction within the slit (212). By arranging the guide portion (312) within the slit (212), the first fixed cassette (310) and the first drive cassette (210) may be coupled to each other.

[0057] The guide portion (312) can be coupled to the first drive cassette (210) so that its longitudinal position is fixed within the slit (212). Accordingly, the first drive cassette (210) can be fixed in its x-direction position with respect to the first fixed cassette (310). The first fixed cassette (310) is coupled to the first drive cassette (210) coupled to the cassette housing (110), so that its longitudinal position can be fixed without being directly coupled to the cassette housing (110). However, the embodiment is not limited thereto, and the first fixed cassette (310) can be coupled to the cassette housing (110) separately from the first drive cassette (210).

[0058] As with the first fixed cassette (310) and the first drive cassette (210) described above, the second fixed cassette (320) can be coupled to the second drive cassette (220). The above description of the first fixed cassette (310) and the first drive cassette (210) can be equally applied to the embodiment of the second fixed cassette (320) and the second drive cassette (220) coupled to each other.

[0059] Since the cassette module (10) includes a drive cassette (200) and a fixed cassette (300) coupled to each other, it is possible to couple only one of the drive cassette (200) and the fixed cassette (300) to the cassette housing (110) to fix the positions of the drive cassette (200) and the fixed cassette (300). Accordingly, the design of the cassette module (10) can be further simplified.

[0060] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the cassette module (10) may further include at least one catheter (1a, 1b, 1c). In one embodiment, the cassette module (10) may include first to third catheters (1a, 1b, 1c). The first to third catheters (1a, 1b, 1c) may each be formed of a flexible tube-shaped member.

[0061] The first to third catheters (1a, 1b, 1c) may be catheters having different diameters. For example, among the first to third catheters (1a, 1b, 1c), the diameter of the first catheter (1a) may be the largest, and the diameter of the third catheter (1c) may be the smallest. The diameter of the second catheter (1b) may be smaller than the diameter of the first catheter (1a) and larger than the diameter of the third catheter (1c). The outer diameter or circumference of the third catheter (1c) may be smaller than the inner diameter or circumference of the second catheter (1b), and the outer diameter or circumference of the second catheter (1b) may be smaller than the outer diameter or circumference of the first catheter (1a). The first catheter (1a) may be referred to as a large catheter, the second catheter (1b) may be referred to as a medium catheter, and the third catheter (1c) may be referred to as a small catheter.

[0062] The proximal end of the first catheter (1a) can be coupled to the first fixing cassette (310), the proximal end of the second catheter (1b) can be coupled to the second fixing cassette (320), and the proximal end of the third catheter (1c) can be coupled to the third fixing cassette (330). In this embodiment, the proximal ends of the first to third catheters (1a, 1b, 1c) are positioned toward the rear side of the cassette housing (110), i.e., toward the second end (112) of the cassette housing (110), and the distal ends of the first to third catheters (1a, 1b, 1c) are positioned toward the front side of the cassette housing (110), i.e., toward the first end (111) of the cassette housing (110).

[0063] The first fixed cassette (310) may include a fixed portion (311) to which a proximal end of the first catheter (1a) is coupled. A hole (140) may be formed in the first end (111) of the cassette housing (110). The fixed portion (311) of the first fixed cassette (310) positioned adjacent to the first end (111) may be exposed to the outside through the hole (140) of the cassette housing (110). The first catheter (1a) having its proximal end coupled to the fixed portion (311) may pass through the hole (140) of the cassette housing (110). The distal end of the first catheter (1a) may protrude toward the outside of the cassette housing (110).

[0064] The second catheter (1b) can be pinched to the first drive cassette (210). By driving the first drive cassette (210), the second catheter (1b) can be rotated about the longitudinal direction of the second catheter (1b), moved forward in the x-direction, or moved backward in the x-direction. By driving the first drive cassette (210), the second catheter (1b) can penetrate the interior of the first catheter (1a).

[0065] The third catheter (1c) can be pinched to the second drive cassette (220). By driving the second drive cassette (220), the third catheter (1c) can be rotated about the longitudinal direction of the third catheter (1c), moved forward in the x-direction, or moved backward in the x-direction. By driving the second drive cassette (220), the third catheter (1c) can penetrate the interior of the second catheter (1b).

[0066] The cassette module (10) may further include a guide wire drive cassette (400). The guide wire drive cassette (400) may be a cassette that pinches and drives a guide wire that can penetrate the interior of a catheter. The guide wire may be pinched in the guide wire drive cassette (400) and rotated about an axis parallel to the longitudinal direction (x direction). By driving the guide wire drive cassette (400), the guide wire may be rotated about an axis parallel to the longitudinal direction, or moved forward or backward along the longitudinal direction (x direction).

[0067] In this embodiment, the guide wire may be a flexible wire-shaped member and may be a wire penetrating the catheter. The outer diameter of the guide wire may be smaller than the inner diameter of the catheter. For example, the outer diameter of the guide wire may be smaller than the inner diameter of the third catheter (1c), which has the smallest inner diameter among the catheters (1a, 1b, 1c).

[0068] The guide wire drive cassette (400) can be accommodated in the cassette housing (110). Within the cassette housing (110), the guide wire drive cassette (400) can be positioned adjacent to the second end (112). The guide wire drive cassette (400) can be positioned behind the third fixed cassette (330). That is, in the longitudinal direction of the cassette housing (110), the guide wire drive cassette (400) can be positioned between the third fixed cassette (330) and the second end (112).

[0069] The guide wire drive cassette (400) can be coupled to the cassette housing (110). For example, both sides of the guide wire drive cassette (400) can be coupled to the cassette housing (110) by coupling means on coupling bars (120a, 120b). The guide wire drive cassette (400) can be fixed in its longitudinal position within the cassette housing (110).

[0070] The back surface of the guide wire drive cassette (400) can be exposed to the outside through the opening (130) of the cassette housing (110). Since the back surface of the guide wire drive cassette (400) is exposed by the opening (130), it can be mounted and coupled to the corresponding drive unit of the cassette drive module (20) within the opening (130).

[0071] Fig. 5 is a perspective view of a guide device (30) according to one embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 6 is a plan view of a guide device (30) according to one embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 7 is a side view of a guide device (30) according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0072] Referring to FIGS. 5 to 7, the guide device (30) may be a device for guiding at least one of a guide wire and a catheter. The guide device (30) may include a cassette module (10) and a cassette drive module (20). The cassette module (10) may be placed on the cassette drive module (20). The cassette module (10) may be mounted and coupled to the cassette drive module (20) on the cassette drive module (20).

[0073] The above description can be applied to the cassette module (10) illustrated in FIGS. 5 to 7, and any redundant description regarding the configuration of the cassette module (10) will be omitted below.

[0074] A cassette drive module (20) can be coupled to a cassette module (10) to drive the cassette module (10). The cassette drive module (20) can include a drive unit housing (500), a drive cassette drive unit (200D), and a fixed cassette drive unit (300D).

[0075] The drive unit housing (500) can extend in the longitudinal direction (x direction). The drive unit housing (500) can accommodate a drive cassette drive unit (200D) and a fixed cassette drive unit (300D). For example, the drive unit housing (500) can provide an internal space surrounded by side and bottom surfaces, and the drive cassette drive unit (200D) and the fixed cassette drive unit (300D) can be accommodated in the internal space.

[0076] The drive unit housing (500) can be arranged to overlap the cassette housing (110). When the cassette module (10) is coupled to the cassette drive module (20), the drive unit housing (500) can support the cassette housing (110).

[0077] The drive cassette drive unit (200D) can be located below the drive cassette (200). The drive cassette drive unit (200D) can be coupled to the drive cassette (200) to drive the drive cassette (200). The drive cassette drive unit (200D) can be coupled to the drive cassette (200) within the opening (130) of the cassette housing (110). The drive cassette drive unit (200D) can be moved forward or backward in the longitudinal direction within the drive unit housing (500), and the drive cassette (200) can also be moved together with the movement of the drive cassette drive unit (200D).

[0078] The fixed cassette drive unit (300D) can be positioned below the fixed cassette (300). The fixed cassette drive unit (300D) can be coupled to the fixed cassette (300) to drive the fixed cassette (300). The fixed cassette drive unit (300D) can be coupled to the fixed cassette (300) within the opening (130) of the cassette housing (110). The fixed cassette drive unit (300D) can be moved forward or backward in the longitudinal direction within the drive unit housing (500), and the fixed cassette (300) can also be moved together with the movement of the fixed cassette drive unit (300D).

[0079] After the cassette module (10) is coupled to the cassette drive module (20), the drive cassette (200) and the fixed cassette (300), which are coupled to be fixedly positioned within the cassette housing (110), can be disengaged from the cassette housing (110). Accordingly, the drive cassette (200) and the fixed cassette (300) can be moved forward or backward along the longitudinal direction (x direction) within the cassette housing (110). For example, among the drive cassette (200) and the fixed cassette (300), the cassette coupled to the coupling bars (120a, 120b) can be disengaged from the coupling bars (120a, 120b) after the cassette module (10) is coupled to the cassette drive module (20), and the cassette can be moved forward or backward on the coupling bars (120a, 120b).

[0080] Before the cassette module (10) is coupled to the cassette drive module (20), the positions of the drive cassette (200) and the fixed cassette (300) are fixed within the cassette housing (110), so that when the cassette module (10) is coupled to the cassette drive module (20), the drive cassette (200) and the fixed cassette (300) can be prevented from being mounted or coupled in incorrect positions on the cassette drive module (20). In addition, after the cassette module (10) is coupled to the cassette drive module (20), the drive cassette (200) and the fixed cassette (300) are released from the cassette housing (110) so that the positions of the drive cassette (200) and the fixed cassette (300) can move within the cassette housing (110), thereby enabling the catheters (1a, 1b, 1c) to be driven.

[0081] The drive cassette drive unit (200D) may be provided in plurality to correspond to the number of drive cassettes (200) included in the cassette module (10). The fixed cassette drive unit (300D) may be provided in plurality to correspond to the number of fixed cassettes (300) included in the cassette module (10). FIGS. 5 to 7 exemplarily illustrate embodiments of a drive cassette drive unit (200D) including first and second drive cassette drive units (210D, 220D) and a fixed cassette drive unit (300D) including first to third fixed cassette drive units (310D, 320D, 330D).

[0082] The first drive cassette (210) can be mounted and coupled on the first drive cassette drive unit (210D). The second drive cassette (220) can be mounted and coupled on the second drive cassette drive unit (220D).

[0083] The first drive cassette (210) can be moved forward or backward within the cassette housing (110) by the first drive cassette drive unit (210D) moving forward or backward along the longitudinal direction (x direction). The second drive cassette (220) can be moved forward or backward within the cassette housing (110) by the second drive cassette drive unit (220D) moving forward or backward along the longitudinal direction (x direction).

[0084] Since the first drive cassette (210) and the second drive cassette (220) are respectively coupled to separate drive units, the driving and movement of the first drive cassette (210) and the second drive cassette (220) can be performed independently of each other. The driving and movement of the first drive cassette (210) and the second drive cassette (220) can also be performed through synchronization of the first drive cassette driving unit (210D) and the second drive cassette driving unit (220D).

[0085] The first fixed cassette (310) can be mounted and coupled on the first fixed cassette drive unit (310D). The second fixed cassette (320) can be mounted and coupled on the second fixed cassette drive unit (320D). The third fixed cassette (330) can be mounted and coupled on the third fixed cassette drive unit (330D).

[0086] The first fixed cassette drive unit (310D) can be fixed in position within the drive unit housing (500), and the first fixed cassette (310) can also be fixed in position within the cassette housing (110). The second fixed cassette (320) can be moved forward or backward within the cassette housing (110) by the second fixed cassette drive unit (320D) moving forward or backward along the longitudinal direction. The third fixed cassette (330) can be moved forward or backward within the cassette housing (110) by the third fixed cassette drive unit (330D) moving forward or backward along the longitudinal direction.

[0087] The first to third fixed cassettes (310, 320, 330) are each coupled to a separate drive unit, so that the driving and movement of the first to third fixed cassettes (310, 320, 330) can be performed independently of each other. By synchronizing at least two or more drive units among the first to third fixed cassette drive units (310D, 320D, 330D), the driving and movement of the fixed cassette connected to the drive unit can also be performed.

[0088] As shown in one embodiment of FIG. 4, the first fixed cassette (310) can be coupled to the first drive cassette (210). Before the cassette module (10) is coupled to the cassette drive module (20), the first drive cassette (210) can be coupled to the first fixed cassette (310) such that its position in the x direction is fixed from the first fixed cassette (310). After the cassette module (10) is coupled to the cassette drive module (20), the first drive cassette (210) can be released from the fixation such that its position in the x direction is movable from the first fixed cassette (310).

[0089] When the first drive cassette (210) moves forward or backward along the longitudinal direction (x direction), the position of the guide portion (312) of the first fixed cassette (310) can be moved within the slit (212) of the first drive cassette (210). At this time, when the first drive cassette (210) moves from the first fixed cassette (310) along the longitudinal direction, it may not deviate in the y or z direction.

[0090] Even when the first drive cassette (210) and the first fixed cassette (310) are coupled to each other, the driving of the first drive cassette (210) and the first fixed cassette (310) can be performed independently of each other. For example, while the first drive cassette (210) moves forward or backward by the first drive cassette driving unit (210D), the first fixed cassette (310) may not move.

[0091] The second fixed cassette (320) can be coupled to the second drive cassette (220). Before the cassette module (10) is coupled to the cassette drive module (20), the second drive cassette (220) can be coupled to the second fixed cassette (320) so that its position in the x direction is fixed from the second fixed cassette (320). After the cassette module (10) is coupled to the cassette drive module (20), the second drive cassette (220) can be released so that its position in the x direction is movable from the second fixed cassette (320).

[0092] Even when the second drive cassette (220) and the second fixed cassette (320) are coupled to each other, the driving of the second drive cassette (220) and the second fixed cassette (320) can be performed independently of each other. For example, while the second fixed cassette (320) is moved forward or backward by the second fixed cassette driving unit (320D), the second drive cassette (220) may not move, or the second drive cassette (220) may be moved forward or backward by the second drive cassette driving unit (220D) at a distance different from the moving distance of the second fixed cassette (320).

[0093] The cassette drive module (20) may further include a guide wire drive cassette drive unit (400D). The guide wire drive cassette drive unit (400D) may be accommodated in a drive unit housing (500). The guide wire drive cassette drive unit (400D) may be arranged at the rear of the third fixed cassette drive unit (330D).

[0094] The guide wire drive cassette drive unit (400D) can be coupled to the guide wire drive cassette (400) to drive the guide wire drive cassette (400). The guide wire drive cassette drive unit (400D) can be coupled to the guide wire drive cassette (400) within the opening (130) of the cassette housing (110).

[0095] The guide wire drive cassette drive unit (400D) can be moved forward or backward along the longitudinal direction (x direction) within the drive unit housing (500), and the guide wire drive cassette (400) can also be moved along with the movement of the guide wire drive cassette drive unit (400D).

[0096] After the cassette module (10) is coupled to the cassette drive module (20), the guide wire drive cassette (400) coupled to the cassette housing (110) so that its position is fixed within the cassette housing (110) can be disengaged from the cassette housing (110). As a result, the guide wire drive cassette (400) can be moved forward or backward in the longitudinal direction (x direction). For example, the guide wire drive cassette (400) coupled to the coupling bars (120a, 120b) can be disengaged from the coupling bars (120a, 120b) after the cassette module (10) is coupled to the cassette drive module (20), and the guide wire drive cassette (400) can be moved forward or backward on the coupling bars (120a, 120b).

[0097] Before the cassette module (10) is coupled to the cassette drive module (20), the position of the guide wire drive cassette (400) is fixed within the cassette housing (110), so that when the cassette module (10) is coupled to the cassette drive module (20), the guide wire drive cassette (400) can be prevented from being mounted or coupled in an incorrect position on the cassette drive module (20). In addition, after the cassette module (10) is coupled to the cassette drive module (20), the guide wire drive cassette (400) is released from the fixation within the cassette housing (110) so that the position of the guide wire drive cassette (400) can move, thereby driving the guide wire.

[0098] The guide device (30) may include a plurality of drive cassettes (210, 220) and a plurality of fixing cassettes (310, 320, 330) that pinch and move catheters (1a, 1b, 1c) having different diameters, respectively, in order to stably control the movement of the catheter. However, since the guide device (30) includes a plurality of drive cassettes (210, 220) and fixing cassettes (310, 320, 330), it takes a lot of time to mount the drive cassettes (210, 220) and the fixing cassettes (310, 320, 330) to the cassette drive module (20), and there is a problem that the cassettes are incorrectly mounted.

[0099] To solve these problems, the present invention provides a cassette module (10) including a plurality of drive cassettes (210, 220) and fixed cassettes (310, 320, 330) coupled to one cassette housing (110). As a result, the drive cassettes (210, 220) and the fixed cassettes (310, 320, 330) can be coupled to the drive cassette drive units (210D, 220D) and the fixed cassette drive units (310D, 320D, 330D) of the cassette drive module (20) at one time, respectively. Accordingly, the time required to mount a plurality of drive cassettes (210, 220) and fixed cassettes (310, 320, 330) to the cassette drive module (20) can be shortened. In addition, a cassette module (10) in which a plurality of drive cassettes (210, 220) and fixed cassettes (310, 320, 330) are provided fixed in a pre-designed position within a cassette housing (110) is mounted on a cassette drive module (20), so that incorrect mounting can be prevented even if the number of cassettes is large.

[0100] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments and the attached drawings, and various substitutions, modifications, and changes may be made by those skilled in the art within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention described in the claims, and this also falls within the scope of the present invention.
