Communication method and apparatus

Abstract

Provided in the present application are a communication method and apparatus, which are applied in the technical field of communications. The communication method comprises: a network device sending first configuration information, and correspondingly, a terminal device receiving the first configuration information, wherein the first configuration information is used for indicating a first resource set for reporting channel information, and the first resource set comprises a first resource; and then, the terminal device autonomously determining whether to report the channel information on the first resource or the content of the reported channel information. The method facilitates a reduction in the power consumption of a terminal device.
