AGV having automatic lock removal / installation function and operation system thereof

Abstract

An AGV having a lock removal / installation function and an operation system thereof. A plurality of lock removal / installation systems are arranged on an AGV main body (10), one lock removal / installation system corresponds to one container lock, and each lock removal / installation system consists of a fixture (1), a rack (40), a rack support platform (60), a belt conveyor system (7), a twist lock system (8), a second gripper (9), a fixture holder (101), and a lock holder (102). In the process that the AGV transports a container from a yard to a quay crane, a lock removal / installation system implements lock installation on the container, and in the process that the AGV transports a container from the quay crane to the yard, a lock removal / installation system removes a lock on the container, so that the AGV can directly travel to the quay crane or the yard for container related interaction operations, eliminating the need to arrange a special lock station between the yard and the quay crane for lock removal / installation and also eliminating the need to queue at the lock station for lock removal / installation, thereby achieving the technical effects of reducing costs and maintenance expenditure compared with dual-trolley quay crane operation, and improving dock operation efficiency compared with single-trolley quay crane operation.
