Abstract
The present invention provides an information processing device that facilitates project management and optimization when a plurality of workers and business operators cooperatively execute a project and that facilitates smooth execution of the project by presenting an improvement measure to participants of the project. A quality management section manages the quality of execution of a project, and a cost management section manages the cost of execution of the project. The quality management unit comprises: a risk registration unit that receives details of a risk which is expected to occur and a risk solution; a risk analysis unit that estimates a risk occurrence rate and a degree of risk influence which is exerted on a process by the risk; a risk presentation unit that presents the details of the risk; and a proposed solution presentation unit that presents a proposed risk solution.
