Abstract

The invention relates to a device (88) for fastening coaxial annular parts for an aircraft turbine engine (10), this device comprising: - at least one counterplate (90) extending circumferentially about a main axis (A) of the parts and applied radially against a first of the parts (34), - an annular plate (92) fastened to a second of the parts (36) and extending radially outwards relative to the main axis (A) at the at least one counterplate (90), and - clamping elements (94) borne by the annular plate (92) and able to apply a clamping force in the radial direction to the counterplate (90), each of these clamping elements (94) being movable about a clamping axis (B) parallel to the main axis (A), independently of one another.
