Abstract
The present invention belongs to the technical field of microbial detection. Provided are a Panel, kit and method for detecting a gastrointestinal pathogen. The present invention aims to develop a new Panel for detecting a gastrointestinal pathogen. By means of in-depth bioinformatics analysis of a large number of gastrointestinal samples from Chinese children, representative and highly correlated targets are selected, and on the basis of the targets, 23 pairs of specific primers are designed, which have nucleotide sequences as set forth in SEQ ID NOs. 1-46. The provided Panel and kit, on the basis of extensive sample data and advanced analytical techniques, ensure high specificity and sensitivity to gastrointestinal pathogens in Chinese children, enabling effective identification and differentiation of common gastrointestinal pathogens in Chinese children.
