Abstract
The present application relates to the technical field of medicine-engineering integration, and in particular to a sparse representation method and apparatus for a vascular model, a device, a medium, and a program product. The method comprises: constructing a three-dimensional vascular model of a target blood vessel; on the basis of the three-dimensional vascular model, extracting a vascular tree and an outer lumen cross-section of the target blood vessel; and on the basis of the outer lumen cross-section, performing cylinder and sphere fitting on the vascular tree to obtain a vascular surface fitting result, and using the vascular surface fitting result to establish a tree-like structure of the vascular tree, so as to obtain a sparse representation of the three-dimensional vascular model on the basis of the tree-like structure. Therefore, the problems in the related art that three-dimensional models of blood vessels are mostly represented by polygonal meshes, making it difficult to perform real-time physical simulations in dense collision detection scenarios, thus causing poor real-time performance, and failing to meet practical usage requirements, etc. are solved.
