Abstract

The present invention provides a rapid-mixing nozzle having isolation air mouths, and a low-pollution combustion chamber. Air openings that are discretely arranged circumferentially around a nozzle central body are formed on a closure plate so as to guide combustion-supporting air to emit axially along the nozzle central body in the form of discrete air beams; corresponding fuel injection holes are provided downstream of the air openings so as to guide fuel gas to be ejected outwardly in a radial direction of the nozzle central body to form transverse jets in-crossflow along with the combustion-supporting air flowing through the air openings; and isolation air mouths that are discretely arranged circumferentially around the nozzle central body are provided downstream of the fuel injection holes at the tail end of the nozzle central body so as to guide isolation air to further enhance the mixing of a mixture of the combustion-supporting air and the fuel gas. By means of the discrete structural arrangement of air and fuel, a combustion mode of "dispersed small flames" is constructed, and two instances of impingement mixing are completed, thereby avoiding overlapping and interference of peripheral secondary high-temperature portions between flames in a region axially downstream of the nozzle, decreasing the residence time of high-temperature flames, and reducing generation of nitrogen oxides.
