Abstract

A solenoid valve and a processing method for the solenoid valve. The solenoid valve comprises: a valve body assembly (10) having a flow cavity (100), wherein the valve body assembly (10) has a first valve port (101) and a second valve port (102), the first valve port (101), the flow cavity (100) and the second valve port (102) are sequentially connected, a first connecting pipe (1) is connected to the first valve port (101), and a second connecting pipe (2) is connected to the second valve port (102); a piston assembly (20) movably arranged in the flow cavity (100), wherein the piston assembly (20) has a piston cavity (200), the piston assembly (20) has a conducting state and a blocking state that are set relatively, and when in the blocking state, the piston assembly (20) can block the first valve port (101) and the second valve port (102); and a pilot valve assembly (30) arranged on the valve body assembly (10), wherein the pilot valve assembly (30) has a pilot valve cavity (300), the pilot valve cavity (300) is in communication with the piston cavity (200), and the pilot valve assembly (30) has an open state and a closed state that are set relatively, when the pilot valve assembly (30) is in the open state, the piston assembly (20) is in the conducting state, and when the pilot valve assembly (30) is in the closed state, the piston assembly (20) is in the blocking state.
