Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a polypeptide comprising a VHH domain that binds GnRH. The present disclosure also relates to compositions and methods of reducing fertility and / or preventing or delaying puberty and / or contraception in subjects by administering a composition comprising a GnRH binding polypeptide, a nucleic acid comprising a nucleic acid encoding a GnRH binding polypeptide, or a composition comprising a vector comprising a nucleic acid encoding a GnRH binding polypeptide operatively linked to one or more regulatory elements.
