Abstract

Methods and materials for detecting and typing cardiac amyloidosis (CA) are provided herein. For example, provided herein are optical spectroscopic methods for detecting and typing cardiac amyloidosis. In addition, methods are provided herein for treating mammals identified as having cardiac amyloidosis using the methods and materials described herein.
