Abstract
Provided in the present invention are a close-range fume removal suction and blowing deflector and device for welding melting points at the front portions of welding guns. Suction and blowing deflectors are provided with suction and blowing air ducts of multiple varying shapes and are connected to multiple welding guns of multiple shapes. Each suction and blowing deflector is provided with a front opening. Suction and blowing openings of multiple shapes are connected to front openings of inner chambers of the suction and blowing deflectors. An enhanced pressure-concentrating member is provided at a snap-fit slot in an inner edge of a straight suction and blowing opening. Enhanced pressure-concentrating holes of multiple shapes and at multiple angles are provided in a direction from an edge of the enhanced pressure-concentrating member to the center thereof. The front portions of welding guns are connected to the centers of front and rear end faces of the suction and blowing deflectors. The inner chambers of the suction and blowing deflectors expand to disperse a transverse impact force. The inner chamber at a front end contracts to gather sucked air and blown air. The enhanced pressure-concentrating holes are pressed to output and form a strong-pressure state layer. Various welding guns are deformed by means of multiple connectors of the suction and blowing deflectors, thereby achieving adaptability to various welding guns. Suction or blowing uses the strong-pressure state layer to compress fumes around the welding melting points, such that the fumes are mixed with oxygen at high temperature and combust, and are thus removed.
