Abstract

An electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises a communication circuit and a processor operatively coupled to the communication circuit, wherein the processor may: acquire, by using the communication circuit, charging data of a plurality of batteries respectively located in a plurality of vehicles; generate, on the basis of the charging data of the plurality of batteries, feature data representing feature values related to required charging current amounts according to states of charge (SOC) of the plurality of batteries; acquire, by using the communication circuit, charging data of a target battery located in a target vehicle; extract, on the basis of the charging data of the target battery, a feature value related to a required charging current amount according to an SOC of the target battery; correct the feature value of the target battery on the basis of the feature data; and evaluate the performance of the target battery on the basis of the corrected feature value of the target battery.
