The UE may apply a boosted power scaling factor to a selected SD basis when the square of the SD basis-specific scaling factor configured in the CSI reporting configuration for the selected SD basis is greater than a second SD basis-specific scaling factor for the selected SD basis based on first quantity of layers associated with the first selected SD basis divided by the rank of the CSI report.
