Disclosed is a photographing optical lens, comprising six lenses in total, which are sequentially: a first lens having negative refractive power, a second lens having positive refractive power, a third lens having positive refractive power, a fourth lens having negative refractive power, a fifth lens having positive refractive power, and a sixth lens having negative refractive power, wherein the focal length of the photographing optical lens is f, the focal lengths of the fifth lens and the sixth lens are f5 and f6, the on-axis thicknesses of the first lens, the second lens and the third lens are d1, d3 and d5, the on-axis distance from an image side surface of the first lens to an object side surface of the second lens is d2, the on-axis distance from an image side surface of the second lens to an object side surface of the third lens is d4, the center radii of curvature of an object side surface and the image side surface of the first lens at the paraxial position are R1 and R2, and the following relational expressions: 3.00≤(f5-f6) / f≤4.00; 2.00≤(d1+d3+d5) / (d2+d4)≤4.50; and −1.30≤(R1+R2) / (R1−R2)≤-1.05.
