Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of oil production and drilling, and in particular to an intelligent remotely controlled high-pressure filtrate loss recording tester. In the present invention, a piston filter-press device is used, and independently controlled solenoid valves are respectively provided on a mud supply assembly, a filter assembly and a mud discharge assembly. Operations of liquid feeding, pressure filtration and mud discharging can be completed by controlling the upward and downward movement of a piston and the opening / closing of the corresponding solenoid valves. In the present invention, operating modes are easily operated, thereby creating necessary conditions for remote control. In the present invention, a data recording assembly and a remote transmission assembly are provided, so that obtained filtrate loss data can be recorded and transmitted remotely. In addition, an operator can also remotely control the device by means of the remote transmission assembly, thereby achieving the purposes of saving manpower and reducing labor costs.
