Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of electronics. Provided are a detection method and an electronic device. In the method, an electronic device may acquire a first image including a picture displayed on a display screen, and execute one or more of the following operations on the first image: detecting target information in the first image, detecting whether there is a reflective region in the first image, detecting whether there is a moire pattern in the first image, detecting whether the distance to the display screen is greater than or equal to a first threshold value, detecting whether there is a grayscale region in the first image, detecting whether there is a color cast region in the first image, and detecting whether there is an out-of-focus region in the first image. Subsequently, in response to an execution result of the operation, the electronic device may guide a user to execute a corresponding operation, or adjust photographing parameters, so that information can be accurately and quickly extracted from the picture displayed on the display screen, so as to realize interaction with the display screen, thereby improving the user experience.
