Aerosol-generating substrate for heat-not-burn product, and preparation method therefor and use thereof

Abstract

An aerosol-generating substrate for a heat-not-burn product, comprising a flavor-enhancing material and a loose and porous carrier material, wherein the flavor-enhancing material adheres to the outer surface and / or the inner surface of the carrier material, and the volume of the carrier material is 0.1-2 cm3. By using an integral carrier material as a base for carrying the flavor-enhancing material, the aerosol-generating substrate has a fixed shape, and thus the flavor-enhancing material needs only to adhere to the surface of the carrier material, thereby reducing the processing difficulty; because the internal and surface structures of the carrier material are loose and have many pores, more flavoring substances can be carried, thereby providing good vaping experience, and the magnitude of vaping resistance can be directly controlled by controlling the porosity of the carrier material, thereby simplifying the vaping resistance regulation process; and the carrier material has the loose and porous structure, thereby greatly increasing the load capacity for the flavor-enhancing material and enhancing the flavor of the heat-not-burn tobacco product. Further provided are a preparation method for the aerosol-generating substrate and a use thereof in heat-not-burn products.
