Abstract

The present application provides a block falling prevention, anti-sticking, and cuttings-carrying tool, comprising a central pipe, an inner pipe, a core pipe, an outer pipe, and an elastic ring. A turbine is connected to the front end of the inner pipe. The core pipe is provided with a driving mechanism between the inner pipe and the core pipe to rotate the inner pipe to drive the inner pipe to move axially. The turbine can drive the inner pipe to rotate under the action of fluid, and the inner pipe can be driven by the driving mechanism to perform axial reciprocating motion while rotating. The outer pipe is eccentrically fitted outside the central pipe, an outer wall of the outer pipe is provided with cuttings-carrying blades, and the outer pipe can follow the rotation and axial reciprocating motion of the inner pipe under the action of magnetic force. The elastic ring is disposed between the outer pipe and the central pipe. The outer pipe can move and compress the elastic ring inward when the outer side wall of the outer pipe is pressed, and can further reset under the elastic force of the elastic ring when the external force on the outer pipe disappears. The present application can effectively improve cuttings-carrying efficiency in deep, ultra-deep, and unconventional oil and gas drilling processes, and can effectively enhance the capability of the tool to resolve sticking when stuck, thereby preventing block falling and sticking from affecting normal tool operation.
