Abstract
Disclosed in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a window mode switching method, a head-mounted display device and a medium. A specific embodiment of the method comprises: in response to detecting a window mode switching operation of a target user and there being at least one window in the field of view of a head-mounted display device, on the basis of the at least one window, determining a window to be switched; and on the basis of window mode switching request information represented by the window mode switching operation, performing window mode switching processing on the window to be switched, wherein the window mode switching request information represents switching the window to be switched to a first window mode, a second window mode or a third window mode, and window mode detail information of the first window mode, window mode detail information of the second window mode and window mode detail information of the third window mode are different from one another. The embodiment improves the diversity of window modes, reduces the limitations on window mode switching and increases the degree of freedom of window mode switching, thereby further improving the user experience.
