Abstract

The invention relates to a driven axle (10) having at least one wheel head (40), wherein the at least one wheel head (40) comprises a planetary gear (20) having a ring gear (21), and wherein the ring gear (20) is fastened by means of a connection (30) to an axle body (11) of the axle (10) for conjoint rotation. The axle according to the invention is characterised in that the connection (30) comprises a conical pin (34) and a conical receptacle (35) for the pin (34) such that an outer surface of the pin (34) is in contact with an inner surface of the receptacle (35). The invention further relates to a corresponding work machine and to a method for producing a connection of a ring gear (21) of a wheel head (40) to an axle body (11) of an axle (10).
