Abstract
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device and a method for training an image recognition processing AI with which it is possible to improve accuracy and reliability. A device and a method for training an image recognition processing AI according to the present invention: perform grouping, by feature, of a plurality of images included in an image dataset; determine, as a normative gaze region A, the gaze region having the highest evaluation of suitability in each group; assign a normative label to each normative gaze region A; and set a new gaze region A' based on the normative gaze region A to another image which is within the same group and which is not assigned the normative label. Furthermore, the training device and the training method: evaluate the difference between the new gaze region A' and the gaze region with which the AI is being trained; and retrain an AI learning model of the image recognition processing AI.
