Abstract

A random micro-convex / concave lens array-based projection screen preparation method. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step S1: preparing a micro-lens array layer (2), the micro-lens array layer (2) comprising a plurality of concave lenses (21) and convex lenses (22) having random distribution positions and random heights; step S2: transferring the micro-lens array layer (2) onto a PET substrate layer (1); step S3: forming a metal reflective layer (3) on a surface of the micro-lens array layer (2); and step S4: forming an imaging layer (4) on the metal reflective layer (3). Further provided is a projection screen. Compared with regularly arranged micro-lens arrays, the randomly distributed concave lenses and convex lenses can effectively resist the interference of ambient light on a projected image, such that the image is clearer, the contrast is higher, the gain is larger, and the field of view is larger.
