Ring motor and grinding mill comprising same

Abstract

The present disclosure provides a ring motor, comprising: a housing, configured to be ring-shaped, a radial outer wall, a radial inner wall, a first side wall and a second side wall defining an inner cavity; a stator assembly, mounted on the radial inner wall on the side thereof opposite to the inner cavity; and a rotor assembly, mounted on the radial inner side of the stator assembly, the rotor assembly being provided with a mounting part so that a driven member is fixedly mounted on the radial inner side of the rotor assembly, and a cooling channel extending on the radial inner wall in the circumferential direction and radially opposite to the stator assembly being provided in the inner cavity. A fan may further be arranged on the radial outer wall of the housing to blow cool air into the internal cavity. The present disclosure further provides a grinding mill, comprising: the ring motor as described above; and a cylinder, the cylinder being fixedly connected to the rotor assembly as a driven member. The present disclosure provides a structural support with higher strength and better stability, and realizes optimized cooling of the stator assembly, thereby accelerating the heat dissipation of the housing, and preventing contaminants from entering the inner cavity.
