Abstract

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of computers, and provides a data processing method and apparatus, a device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring a frame-level parameter; on the basis of the frame-level parameter, determining whether a time domain parameter change flag bit has been set; and if the time domain parameter change flag bit has not been set, performing frame supplementation on the basis of a global parameter, thereby improving the efficiency of video encoding and decoding.
