The present invention relates to a method for integrated governance of IT and telecoms assets, that is, that allows the adaptation thereof to existing asset records, as well as linking each asset to a respective user record, organising user records into hierarchies, and linking each asset to its respective contracts, liability terms and other legal instruments necessary for its proper operation; it also discloses tools for cleansing and generating reports for decision-making.
