Refreshing organic and vegan alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage, carbonated and flavored with natural fruit extracts and aromas

Abstract

The present patent relates to compositions for flavored carbonated beverages, provided in low-alcohol and non-alcoholic versions, formulated with natural fruit extracts and aromas including, among others, lemon with fleur de sel, peach, orange and strawberry, grape and blueberry, guarana with tangerine, watermelon, coconut, green apple, acerola, and cranberry. Pertaining to the field of food technology and the development of innovative products, the proposed invention is distinguished by the use of sensory experience as a mechanism of satisfaction, since the balanced combination of carbonation, aroma, and natural flavor provides the consumer with the typical perception associated with consuming conventional alcoholic beverages, even with significantly reduced levels of ethanol. This perceptual effect enables more responsible consumption that is better aligned with well-being, without compromising pleasure, refreshment, and social interaction, as well as offering advantages such as lower caloric content, the absence of processed sugars, and adherence to ethical and environmental values.
