Orthogonal needle punching mechanism and needle punching device

Abstract

Embodiments of the present specification relate to the technical field of manufacturing equipment for carbon fiber products, and provide an orthogonal needle punching mechanism and a needle punching device. The orthogonal needle punching mechanism comprises: a first orthogonal needle punching assembly; a second orthogonal needle punching assembly; a position adjustment assembly for driving the first orthogonal needle punching assembly and the second orthogonal needle punching assembly to approach or move away from a preform; and an angle adjustment assembly for changing needle punching angles of the first orthogonal needle punching assembly and the second orthogonal needle punching assembly. The angle adjustment assembly, the first orthogonal needle punching assembly, and the second orthogonal needle punching assembly are located on the position adjustment assembly. The first orthogonal needle punching assembly comprises a first orthogonal needle plate. The second orthogonal needle punching assembly comprises a second orthogonal needle plate. The first orthogonal needle plate and the second orthogonal needle plate each perform needle punching on one side of a right-angle portion of the preform. The technical solution of the present invention enables needle punching operations to be effectively performed on preforms with angles, such as square preforms, and particularly on right-angle portions of the preforms.
