Zomib-based nanomicellar formulation and preparation method therefor

Abstract

Provided are a zomib-based nanomicellar formulation and a preparation method therefor. The nanomicellar formulation comprises: carfilzomib, a micelle carrier material, and a stabilizer, wherein the mass ratio of carfilzomib, the micelle carrier material, and the stabilizer is 1:15-30:15-30, and the carrier material is PEG-DSPE. PEG-DSPE is used as a drug carrier to prepare a carfilzomib micelle formulation. The formulation has a particle size of 8-20 nm, has high entrapment efficiency, and has a strong cell penetration capability without being quickly cleared. In addition, the preparation process is simple, without requiring lyophilization. Compared with existing cafilzomib formulations, the toxicity is reduced at the same dosage.
