An alternating current frequency measurement circuit and a battery management system, belonging to the technical field of frequency measurement. The alternating current frequency measurement circuit comprises: an acquisition unit (10) and a frequency measurement unit (40), wherein the acquisition unit (10) comprises a first voltage divider module (11) and a second voltage divider module (12); a first end (111) of the first voltage divider module (11) is connected to one end of an alternating current power supply (20), and a second end (112) is connected to a first direct current power supply (30); a fourth end (121) of the second voltage divider module (12) is connected to the other end of the alternating current power supply (20), and a fifth end (122) is connected to the first direct current power supply (30); the first direct current power supply (30) is used for enabling a third end (113) of the first voltage divider module (11) and a sixth end (123) of the second voltage divider module (12) to output positive voltages; a first input end (41) of the frequency measurement unit (40) is connected to the third end (113), a second input end (42) is connected to the sixth end (123), and a first output end (43) is used for outputting a level signal corresponding to the alternating current power supply (20), the level signal being used for indicating a frequency corresponding to the alternating current power supply (20).
