Abstract

The present invention relates to a shut-off arrangement for metering a medium, in particular a granular material (2), comprising an, in particular tubular, housing with an inlet and an outlet, a balloon valve (4) which is arranged in the housing (3), the balloon valve (4) comprising an inflatable sealing element (40) made of a flexible material, and a sealing region (9) between an inner wall of the housing (3) and the sealing element (40), the sealing element (40) being able to be inflated in such a way that it comes into contact with the inner wall of the housing in order to allow sealing against the inner wall.
