Abstract

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a technology which makes it possible to suppress rotation of a grommet about the axis of a through-hole even when the through-hole is circular. A grommet (10) is fitted into a circular through-hole formed in a vehicle body panel. The grommet (10) comprises: a cylindrical part (12) through which a wire harness is inserted; a vehicle body attachment part (30) which is provided on the outer circumference of the cylindrical part (12) and has formed therein an annular groove (31) into which a circumferential edge portion of the through-hole is fitted; and a plurality of protrusion parts (40) which protrude from the inner surface of the annular groove (31) to partially block the annular groove (31). The plurality of protrusion parts (40) are aligned along the circumferential direction of the cylindrical part (12). In a state in which the circumferential edge portion is fitted into the annular groove (31), the plurality of protrusion parts (40) flex when the vehicle body attachment part (30) rotates about the axis of the through-hole with respect to the circumferential edge portion.
