Microphone protection device

Abstract

Provided is a microphone protection device in which a space through which sound passes is completely emptied to prevent noise or distortion due to interference from occurring while the sound passes through. The microphone protection device comprises: a housing that has a space formed therein and has an outlet formed on the bottom, wherein sound passes through the outlet; a fixed plate mounted to the bottom inside the housing and having a central hole formed at the center and communicating with the outlet, wherein sound passes through the central hole; a moving plate mounted to be movable relative to the fixed plate inside the housing and having through-holes formed along the outer circumference, wherein sound passes through the through-holes; a pair of magnets which are mounted between the fixed plate and the moving plate and repel each other to separate the moving plate from the fixed plate; and a cover mounted on an open front end of the housing to block the housing and having an inlet formed at the center, wherein sound passes through the inlet.
