The present invention relates to an intelligent algorithm-based real-time abnormal state detection image and data processing system. The intelligent algorithm-based real-time abnormal state detection image and data processing system comprises: a vision module that acquires a real-time image and image-related data with respect to a state of a facility; an intelligent algorithm module that detects an abnormal state on the basis of learning from the image and data transmitted from the vision module; and an NVR PC for storing a detection result of the intelligent algorithm, wherein the intelligent algorithm module is configured in the form integrated in the NVR PC so that an abnormal state is detected while an image and data are stored in one PC, and a detection result is stored in the same PC.
