Abstract
A method of predicting a health condition of a subject comprises acquiring, by a computing device, a breathing pattern signal from the subject that has been exposed to an inflammation trigger; extracting, by the computing device, a set of discriminant breathing features from the breathing pattern signal that are indicative of a health condition of the subject; applying, by the computing device, the extracted set of discriminant breathing features to an inflammation trigger exposure model for the inflammation trigger; and / or outputting, by the computing device, a predictive output of the health condition of the subject based on the inflammation trigger exposure model.
