Abstract

An introducer sheath comprising an outer tube extending along a longitudinal axis defining an interior surface and an exterior surface, and an interior volume defined inside the interior surface, the outer tube including an outer tube first end, an outer tube second end opposite the outer tube first end, a fill tube integrally formed with the exterior surface of the outer tube, the fill tube positioned intermediate the outer tube first end and the outer tube second end, the fill tube extending outwardly from the exterior surface of the outer tube and fluidly coupled to the interior volume, and an outer tube center portion positioned intermediate the outer tube first end and the outer tube second end, the outer tube center portion configured to radially deflect.
