Abstract

This disclosure provides a fixed dose combination (FDC) of an anti-FucGM1 antibody, atigotatug, and an anti-PD-1 antibody, nivolumab, for use in treating cancer, such as small cell lung cancer. The FDC comprises atigotatug and nivolumab at a weight ratio of 7:6, such as 70 mg / ml atigotatug and 60 mg / ml nivolumab. The FDC may also comprise 20 mM histidine, 250 mM sucrose, 50 µM DTPA and 0.1% PS80, and is pH 6.1. The disclosure further provides methods of treatment of small cell lung cancer comprising four cycles of administration of 6 ml of FDC Q3W along with cisplatin and etoposide, followed by one or more cycles of administration of 8ml of FDC Q4W.
