Abstract

The present invention provides a use of a human retinal organoid in the treatment of traumatic optic neuropathy. In the present invention, by applying an induced-differentiated human retinal organoid to an optic nerve injury region, an eye-brain neural connection can be functionally reconstructed, thereby restoring an impaired visual function.
