Abstract

Provided in the present invention are a method and system for reconstructing a cartilage surface, and an electronic device. The method comprises: acquiring an outer contour model of bone cortex and a mark point set of a cartilage surface, and transforming the outer contour model of bone cortex and the mark point set of the cartilage surface into a preset image coordinate system; acquiring projection points of mark points in the mark point set of the cartilage surface on an outer contour of bone cortex, and determining a coverage area of the projection points; and elastically stretching the coverage area of the projection points, and then simulating the degree of wear of the cartilage surface to obtain a reconstructed cartilage surface. The present invention solves the problem that current joint replacement surgeries do not incorporate the impact of cartilage into prosthesis planning and thus cause wear of muscles or ligaments, can provide practical and effective guidance when adjusting prosthesis planning, and is more conducive to prosthesis planning and adjustment. The present invention significantly improves the degree of intelligence, availability and reliability of prosthesis planning in joint replacement.
