Propellant charge composite with a stabilizer, propellant charge element, and method for producing the propellant charge composite

Abstract

The invention relates to a propellant charge composite for a safety device, the propellant charge composite being obtainable by a method comprising the following steps: providing at least one pyrotechnic material and at least one stabilizer selected from the group consisting of monosaccharides, disaccharides, and sugar alcohols, and combinations thereof, wherein the at least one pyrotechnic material comprises at least one fuel and at least one oxidizing agent; and milling the at least one pyrotechnic material and the at least one stabilizer to obtain the propellant charge composite. Furthermore, a method for producing the propellant charge composite and a propellant charge element are proposed.
