Method for extracting target sequence from library

Abstract

The present invention addresses the problem of screening for a library on the basis of the binding to a target substance and efficiently selecting a binding molecule having desired binding capability.　The present invention provides a method for selecting a binding molecule, with which it becomes possible to more accurately and more simply select a binding molecule having desired binding capability than ever before by screening for a library of binding molecules with respect to a plurality of target substances on the promise of the mutual relationship between two or more molecules of target substances, selecting all binding molecules having binding capability to the target substances, comprehensively identifying the structures or appearance frequencies of the binding molecules to collect information, and comparing and examining the obtained information between screening results.
