Pouch-folding device for secondary battery

Abstract

Disclosed is a pouch-folding device for a secondary battery, the device comprising: a lower prop for supporting the lower surface side of a terrace of a pouch-type secondary battery; an upper prop for gripping the terrace together with the lower prop by pressing the upper surface side of the terrace placed on the lower prop toward the lower prop; and a pusher for folding the terrace with respect to a folding line portion by applying a force that progressively displaces the terrace while maintaining contact with the terrace exposed beyond the lower prop and the upper prop and continuously applying heat to the terrace.
