Abstract
The present disclosure generally relates to a system comprising a vector carrying a synthetic cancer antigen and a cell expressing a cognate binder of the synthetic cancer antigen. In some embodiments, the system further comprises enhancements, such as a synthetic cytokine receptor and cytokine. Also provided herein are uses of the system for treating different types of cancers.
