Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a loudspeaker assembly (100), comprising: a loudspeaker housing (2) comprising a top wall (20) having mounting opening (20a); a loudspeaker unit (4) arranged in the mounting opening (20a) and comprising a frame portion (40) and a diaphragm assembly (42) arranged in the frame portion (40); and a damping device (6) arranged between the loudspeaker housing (2) and the loudspeaker unit (4), which comprises a damping member (60) connected to the loudspeaker unit (4) and a damping bracket (64) connected to the loudspeaker housing (2), wherein the damping member (60) is capable of at least partial frictional sliding on the damping bracket (64).
