Abstract

A depression disease management system based on targeted metabolomics and a machine learning model, characterized by comprising: an intelligent diagnosis model module, a differential diagnosis model module, a graded diagnosis model module, a companion diagnosis model module, a treatment endpoint outcome prediction model module, a recurrence prediction model module, and a comprehensive determining module. The system provided by the present invention can solve existing difficulties in the fields of clinical diagnoses, treatment outcome, and recurrence of depression, achieve accurate diagnoses and timely treatment, and improve the mental health level of the whole people.
