Phased array antenna device

Abstract

This phased array antenna device comprises: a first substrate which is provided with a patch electrode that constitutes an antenna part and a microstrip line that constitutes a phase shifter part and that is electrically connected to the patch electrode; a second substrate which is provided with a ground electrode opposite from the patch electrode and the microstrip line; a liquid crystal which is sealed between the first substrate and the second substrate in such a manner as to overlap with the microstrip line; and a partition wall which is provided between the first substrate and the second substrate such that the liquid crystal does not overlap with the patch electrode.
